Privates are personalized for each and every client. Given what a client needs they can consist of all of the following: Pilates, Ortho Kinetic Alignment, Tuning Forks, Reiki, Movement Analysis and Coaching

Semi-Privates constitute of two clients for the hour. It is typical that the client’s are at the same level and do not have any health issues requiring individual attention. It is often best to find a partner before signing up or have someone you already know that you intend to take the session with. The session is then tailored for a combination of what both clients are trying to achieve.
Group Reformer Class
60 MINS •Single $35 •6 Series $189 •11 Series $328
A group class on the Reformer that is taught at a high intermediate/advanced level. Prior to signing up you need approval from Jennifer to ensure that the class is appropriate for you.
