Big Bear Retreat 2021

 

I am so happy I got to be a part of the very first Bodywise Big Bear retreat. What an amazing experience! Jennifer found us beautiful accommodations in a gorgeous, peaceful setting by the lake, and an amazing chef to cater the most fabulous, healthy meals. So, that got us off to a great start. Of course, Jennifer has a wealth of knowledge on not only Pilates and physical body workings, but also on the effects that meditation, visualization, energy work and vibration have on our bodies and overall well-being. In addition to our Pilates mat class, she included sessions on how to focus our breathing and energy to enhance our workouts and feel better in general, and how to use tuning forks to relieve stress, or muscle tension, and give ourselves our own tune-up. She also led us on wonderful walks and hikes through the beautiful forests, which were not only good workouts, but demonstrated how communing with and appreciating nature also help us to realign, refresh, and get everything back into balance. It was a great group of people, enjoying very valuable sessions and activities, and having an incredibly fun time. I can’t wait for the next one! Don’t miss it!!
